Tata Sky has the worst service. They promise something else before you buy a connection and say something else when you have got it installed.
Initially, before I had bought Tata Sky, they told me that if you have two connections, you should buy a Primary and a Secondar Connection, but they never told me that with this type of connection all recharges would goto a single account. Now the problem is that even if one person doesnt want to recharge his account, the other person will not be able to view Tata Sky.
Later when I had bought it, they said that this type of connection is only for blood relations, and in their advertisements they keep on flashing that if you are staying in one apartment, you can take this type of connection.
When you call at their Help Line, everyone speaks a different thing.
I am lodging a complaint against them in Consumer Forum. Please join if anyone is irritated with their service and false commitments.
