TATA Sky Service is really really hopeless. A very bad name and shameful for TATA indeed.I wanted a simple service from them as I was not able to view anything .
No technician even VISITED my premises for 6 days and it is still pending at the time of this letter.They will give you the message that they will rectify "As soon as possible"
But that means "Never".
- ALSO DON’T FALL FOR THEIR CHEAP MARKETING TRICKS -
Also to mention they have cheap marketing gimmicks that will leave a hole in your pocket.They put forth calls from their call center saying - "can we add this or that pack for free."
If you say yes, then that pack will turn out to be a yearly pack with ONLY FIRST MONTH FREE! YOU CANNOT UNSUSCRIBE THE YEARLY PACK! Your money is gone!
Imagine TATA doing this!
SO PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR TATASKY. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY AND NOT INTERESTED IN OFFERING ANY SERVICE AT ALL. If you have any doubt just look at all the other reviews about their service.
