I'm so sorry, there are no Pros only CONS & CONS

We bought the Tata Sky couple of years back.


Around 5 months or so back I recharged my Tata sky account with the Grand sports package. It had a lot of channels. Now it’s just been a few months. And since past 10 days I’m seeing that the channels are getting automatically removed from my package. BBC, Al Jazeera, NDTV Good Times, Discovery TURBO, Comedy Central and many more are getting removed every day. Now when I buy this stuff for a year, who is going to keep that promise up. In the first year of subscription.


They charged us for 12 months and stopped transmission around 2-3 weeks before the last date. I guess they take extra viewing very seriously. It’s okay for them to take money, but services, let’s just say it depends. If they feel like it they will reply, else they have your money right. It doesn’t bother them to have any repeat customers. After all we are 100 crore+. Such a big customer base.


After all my money is gone. And I’ve dropped official mails and complaints, but Tata is so busy getting new customers that they haven’t been able to reply to us. They just send out an empty email stating, we tried getting in touch with you but could not. Now Sir, may I please know which number you’re calling. Cause I’ve provided my current number and email. How is it that the entire world is able to call me, but you. I might have to take it up with my mobile operator you see. My question is that should we stop buying your stuff. When in the rest of the world people are competing to provide good services, why is it that you lag willingly.


Is customer not really important for you, just one time business. I’ll never suggest anyone to buy any of your services that’s for sure. But I’ve half a mind after reading a few reviews that legal actions are required to at least get what I paid for, if not your customer service.
