My dth card broke around 14th February. .I requested a card.on constant reminders I received card on 2 nd March. .mi card value was constantly deducted .like almost rs 1000.without even having tv to watcthe new card I received is in bad shape.
They charge 300 for card and 170 for visit.
To mi belive card shall be couriered instead as it doesn’t require any installation. .
More over I have tried several times to opt out of many unnecessary channels but the procedure online doesn’t happens with ease and calls keep getting disconnect
