I am the consumer of Tata Sky and am quite happy with their service. The Customer care service is also good. But the only issue is with respect to the charges they charge are very high. Their service is not cheaper however they provide good service.
They are charging for each and every service. The packages are good but costly. I was out of station for few months and have asked them to stop the services for this time period but they denied and told that it can be done once in a year and I have already availed that few months back and now if I need to stop the service then I have to wait when balance amount reaches zero. For this I have to lose few hundred rupees.
After that I have shifted to Airtel and am not using their services but they keep on disturbing me to start the services. The staff is good but they don’t know each and every thing and they have to consult their managers on certain issues.
I will advise not to go to service. Even if you go then its my humble request to recharge your package on monthly basis and not quarterly or yearly.
