Tata sky.. never before experience

Its been 1 year that we shifted to Mumbai and more then 4 times out set top box is changed. Reason still unresolved. Each time the technician comes does the system upgrade. It works for a day or two and then next time he says the set top box needs to be replaced.


This time it was even worst its been more then 10 days for the complain and still the person is yet to replace the set top box. To add on the helpdesk person after waiting for 10min to get through tell that I need to call after 20 min as the system are upgrading.


When you can play your tape saying customer is valuable and all your representatives are busy, cant you play tape saying system down call after 30min. I mean just imagine you hold the line for long 10min and what you hear is call back.


The service is definitely degraded over years. Worst ever experience that too in Mumbai.
