I was purchase Tata Sky 3 years ago with hope of hassle free service. The fist six months I hadnt faced any issue. But in diwali they offer me special active channels for childrens and since it was free for first 3 months I opted it. Here my pain got start. The active channel never got activated on my tata sky and I had followed nearly 3 months for this. Finally free subscription got over and they started for charging without getting any services. After so many follow ups I got success to close this offer without refund. After 1 year my set top box stops receiving signals, when I approach to Customer Care they told me it due to you dish Angeles got changed and need to visit engineer to restored this with taking some service charges. I asked them how it was got turned when its tightened with screws. Engineer came change the angle and service got started again. Again next 1 year I got hassle free service. But after this my set top Box again not receiving signal and the same problem happened with my neighbors also. When I approach to customer care they again told me the same reason. I started following up with them nearly 10 days but didnt got any sufficient reply. And they charged me for 10 to 15 days without using service. I really got fed up with this kind of pathetic service and I almost taken decision to cancelled the service from tata sky. Not recommended to all even they provides best picture quality.
