Have been a user of Tata Sky for last 6-7 years. It was good at first and believed in the brand due to the Tata name. But don’t trust these people at all. All they try to do is sell add on services like their useless active fitness, active this and that. Never in a year will their people call to know if service is working well, if problems . And rarely will their technical people come on phone before 5-10 minutes when called.
But what they are very good at doing is having agents make calls - agent will say active fitness this and that, or active cooking this and that. First month is free. or basically won’t tell charges. My senior citizen parents conned in it this by these con artists and even me once. Had to get charges reversed.
Such perverted mindset company where consumer is using your service for 6-7 years but you have no respect and your agents want to squeeze more money by mis-selling or fraudulently presenting a paid service as free or being silent on cost of service and trying to mis-sell and then we have to waste time to call these people to remove charges. Have some shame guys.
