Tata Sky has taken customers for granted. Since last few days we are not getting the services from their DTH boxes. The Call Centre is completely put on IVR and no human ever comes on line. There is no message either on SMS or on mail about what is happening.
They can, if they wish flash on the TV screen about the inconvenience caused and provide the customers the likely date of restoration of services. But they dont. Absolute disrespect to the customers?
