I’m completely satisfied for the past 4 months of Tata Sky viewing. Clairty and colors are perfect. Customer service is sweet. Installation was absolutely professional and prompt. I have the option of choosing between Hindi and English language on channels where its available.
Local cable wala transmitted all channels in hindi earlier. Not to mention low quality reception. Repeated request for english transmission past 4 years did not yield any concrete results. all I got were empty promises.
Now indian consumers can enjoy programs as they were meant to be. The only drawback I see are the number of channels cluttering up decoder menu. I wish there was a way to delete all those unwanted and useless channels that I never watch.
Above all the tata sky sister networks spans whole globe. so expect more quality channels from around the world in the near future. I’m counting on that.
Tata Sky advertising is frequent so its doing a nice job by creating more awareness. Cant say the same for Dish TV. Best of luck to Tata Sky...
