Tata Sky upgraded their digital TV. And when they upgraded they started using a new set-up box. And as an old customer I used the old set-up box. So my connection stopped working as they needed me to replace the set-up box. I called their customer service numerous times and they asked me to recharge and keep some balance and they would send their technician to replace the old set-up box. I continuously followed up with their customer service as they never showed up. After a month my balance for the tatasky connection got exhausted but they still didnot turn up. I kept asking them to replace the old setup box but they asked me to recharge the connection again as they cannot change the setup box if there is no balance. I told them to send the technician to replace the setup box and I will recharge immediately before replacing if they need. They confirmed that they will send the technician but that never happened. My Tatasky connection is still lying in the corner. Waste of money.
