TATA SKY - From BEST to WORST

I have observed and experienced, TATA SKY who is supposed to be a premium service has gone from BEST to WORST in terms of Service level, Empathy and overall the way in which customers are treated. I have a connection and for last year I am logging a call for same issue . The point of frustration is, ( So called) technician visits and do something at common antenna and moves off. Yesterday I was logging a call and the person was talking only on Service Charges and not even ready to listen my problem statement. I was getting a feeling that I am talking to a Credit Card Call center. . I know someone will try to console me by calling in sometime. However I need a a clear guidelines 1) Why so many visits needed for permanent fix . 2) I have subscribed the SERVICE for TataSKY and not the product. Any issue outside my BOX is TATA SKY responsibility. 3) During time of installation, this information is not shared. 4) In case I want to terminate the services, Tata Sky will be happy to loose me as they already have taken money for everything. hardware as well subscription. I will be moving to Consumer court for the issueii and my harassment while dealing with TATA SKY call centre for their non customer centric behavior . In case the points I mentioned are not addressed, Will be approaching MD so that the concerned is reaching him as a whole. extremely disappointing. -
