TATA Sky Shifting Home--Issue Resolved

I have TATA SKy connection with Subscriber ID: 1139938367 I was relating within pune from  Magarpatta city to Pimple saudagar. I raised request to moving home -uninstall- this was done quickly.


I raised request for installation in new location. I am facing lot of issues for this.


First time a technician came and said no signal is coming in internal wire, please get the wiring corrected from electrician.We told him existing connection used to be there for Tatasky in that building.


I personally identified which wire comes to our flat out of the 3 wires.(Simple test disconnect and check which flat got disconnected.).


I raised request again on 5th July 2015 with work order  No-IVO86VR.


On 5th I received call that Tomorrow morning i.e. 6th July executive will reach before 12 pm.


I requested him that after 12 pm I wont be there as I need to go to office.


The executive called me at 1 pm and asked if he can come for connection. I said please come tomorrow before 12 pm as I have to go to office.


7th July 2015-


The executive again called at 10:30 am and said  he will be reaching shortly.


He did not turn up till 11 am, I called him again he said he will be reaching shortly.


This exercise continued and finally he did not turned up till 12:50 pm. I received urgent call from my boss to come to office for meeting.


I told the executive to come tomorrow for the work and left for the work.


At 2:13 pm I receive SMS from TATASKY that your work order IVO86VR has been completed.


I am so frustrated with their service that I want to switch to some other service provider.


Finally Issue got resolved, technician came and installed.
