Complain many times but problem still exists

My name is Pardeep Kumar having tata sky subscriber id 1151536115.From about 3 months I am facing problem regarding non receipt of signal by some channels like&tv channel no. 115 etc. When I called customer care, it said that it is a technical fault and will be sort out soon but after two months passed, no response comes out at their end.4 to 5 times installer visit has been done bt not able to sort out problem.


They even relocate the dish as per their requirement and company deducted Rs200 from my account, still not sort out problem.Installer said that now your dish will be changed only then problem can be resolved and it will amount to Rs 750/- When I called  customer care several times half of them said the amount will be refunded back as your dish is in warranty and half said that amount cant be refunded.


When I asked them what will be the cost to change the dish they said Rs 150 only.companies customer care and their installers gives mental harassment only.They call me several times a day but no one resolve the problem helplessly.


It is my painful duty to inform you that your service is very poor. I am very disappointed and humiliated with your service. I have to switch some other dth connection.
