Please check TOI Delhi second last page (an ad from ESPN Star Sports) and you will know what TATA SKY is all about...
TATA SKY is cheating its customers.....to say the least and all these reviews from the 1st June (except one Mr. Golwala - who is either too dumb or works for TATA SKY) mean!!
The price hike (change what they call it), is absolutely not called for!!! They have to roll it back...
Any media personnel out there or should I pull my sources to find one....Bet you it is not difficult these days. That should tell this company what we are trying to say.
There is absolutely no concern from this company even after I mentioned my Cust id in the last review on the 1st June...I did that purposely to give them a chance to contact me and adress the issue, but seems they dont bother, now I will not. The next time I see a TATA SKY senior official in any press release or any function, I would love to ask this in Public....Be prepared.....

Tata sky today revised its package rates.....to an unbelievable obnoxious level....I would not want to bore people by the details but in short -
A PACKAGE WHICH USED TO COST ME RS. 300 / MONTH WILL NOW COST ME RS. 375!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spoke to 3 representatives today - Deepika, Raj and Shaina (a senior)....All Shaina mentioned was that this is the rate as on date and if the company decides to revise it back, they will....
But what that means to me is - That this is our price now, take it or leave it....
I will either seek a refund of the entire cost paid of Set top boxes and the balance amount with them...or a revision in charges.....Shaina did not have any reply to it.....instead disconnected the line (which took 9 minutes to get connected at first)...
I hope the CEO is reading all these messages.....and does something sensible to ensure the business carries on.....
As for the employees in the call centre....I dont blame them....I really pity on them to have to take such calls from customers like us....an advise from me - Look for new jobs people....the way this company is trying to function, will not be left with many customers (let alone new)....
