Mr Ratan TATA this is a segment where seriously you should say TATA. The worst product I have ever bought. Spoke with the call centre guys for 7 times in a day and result was Babaji ka thulu.
Then when I visited their service centre in Kharghar there was idiot manager Mr Manoj who doesn’t even have a sense of speaking with customers.Stay away from this people.
There is no link in between the Service Team and the Call center personnel.
Even the my bathroom cleaner provides a better service than this guys by coming on time. There is no provision from the call centre guys to take the service guys in conference, by general stores vendor whole home delivers the household material has the conference facility and not by the TATA
