Three days back I bought Tata Sky HD connection and I would think to share my view about that product.
I purchased this product for Rs.2600 + one month recharge 300. We know HD connection was too costly. Rs.10000 just one year before and now the price got reduced...Hope will come down in future. Really HD channels picture clarity is amazing!!..If we saw that clarity and will not willing to see SD channels. In india we are not having more HD channels and that will increase in future..
I will recommend to buy the HD connection If you have Full HD LCD or LED Tv..Specially in National Geographic and discovery channels picture and scenarios are rocking..Another noble point is Tata Sky is not giving audio o/p in 5.1..They give in ordinary 2 channel stereo.
So don’t expect that 5.1 o/p if you connect with Home theater. But the audio clarity is very good.
