I bought tata sky in sept ’06. So I’m using it from 9 months. While I bought tata sky I was told that sun network would be joining tata sky in 1-2 months. I have been waiting for those 1-2 months to finish from 9 months.One of the major reasons for switching to tata sky was guarantee of channels, for ex: - in local cables you never know which channel will be removed, it’s always cable operator choice than customers.
The unexpected happened last month when they removed neo sports and neo sports plus without notice. So all my imagination of customer-oriented service from tata sky were ended. Same thing was done to Zee sports and Zee kannada. Gosh!!! Why are these people cheating customers? Now I feel I’ve done a big mistake by buying tata sky so early. I should’ve watched its progress for few months and enquiring people using tata sky, and then I should’ve bought this dumb box Digicomp.
