I am an UNHAPPY customer of your. Let me first start by telling you that I subscribed to tatasky in Feb’2007.
We were offered around 115 channels and promised more to be added "very soon" 3
months have passed and leave aside adding channels, you guys have dropped 13 channels. When we called up tatasky, we were told by the customer care people that it was due to TDSAT’s directive that tatasky had dropped those channels. It was told as if tatasky wanted to keep those channels and it was forced to drop.
To our shock, a few days later we found out that it was tatasky who wanted to drop these 13 channels. and the reason given was that tatasky wanted it’s customer to pay on for what they watch. Zee was offerring it’s bouquet for 147 Rs. Since you have dropped 13 channels, you pay only Rs 75 to Zee, but why are
you charging Rs 300 from the customer.?
