Been with Tata Sky for quite a few years now. Did get upgraded to a digital set top box and also have a second connection. All was well, up to a year or so ago.
But of late, they seemed to be too consumed with their huge customer base and did not bother to take a look at their service processes.
I can go on and on with the slip ups by Tata skys service - but to sum up -they are not longer what they used to be and since its a prepaid concept, you end up losing lot of money and remember, one is completely at their mercy, once you are their customer.
Very sad state. :-(
