This year we have had multiple NO SIGNAL issues. The last time it happened, they took SEVEN DAYS to attend- imagine life without TV for seven days!
This time too, I have made 4 calls to their (so called) customer care so far- not even recd a callback regarding when they will attend - again without TV.
Also spoke with a (so called) senior person whopromised to call back in 10 minutes- as expected, 1 hour has passed and nothing has moved.
Looks like another Saturday-Sunday without TV. About the ONLY thing they are prompt about is reminding you of your account balance when it is low.
I am certainly switching to someone else.
