Dear friends I am writing this review because of the mental agony caused by Tata Sky which I am suffering from past 5 days.I was a happy person with my local cable guy but I decided to migrate to DTH called Tata Sky.Now that was a big mistake .I ordered a Tata Sky HD on 28/06/2010 around 10:00 A.M. And since I live in small flat in Delhi I asked them when they will deliver the product because I will have to be present at time of delivery, they replied that they will deliver within 48 hrs.They took whole payment in advance through credit card.Now their real face comes up.I took leave from office on 29/06/2010, in order to receive the product but to my surprise no body turned up they didn’t even bothered to call me.When I called them up to ask what is the reason they said guy will come up at your place tomorrow.I was red how can you take customers for granted?Now the worse thing happened I took leave on 30/06/2010 also and no one came.Now they were testing my patience and I called them and they said delay is due some technical reasons tomorrow the guy will come.Now I decided to go to my work, asked them to deliver in the evening now today is Sunday still no one has come.Whenever I call them in evening they say tomorrow and next day they say today evening and so on and cycle goes on.
So now I have decided to cancel my order and stay in peace.
So friends if you want peace of mind please stay away from Tata sky.
