With the Anuual Mega Pack the technician visits are free. Probably that is the reason why dont send any technicians if you subscribe to this extremely costly pack.
The customer care guys dont listen to any problems and not willing to understand the issues and do not reopen existing complaints even if the existing issue was never resolved. Online chat is even dumber and the dumb jerk who they correctly call operator has complete control over the session and the character can kill the session anytime he/she wants to.
I have faced the below problem which the customer care guys are completely refusing to resolve.
My problem is that there about 10-12 channels which have lot of disturbance or no connection at all for the last few months.
My ref no. 1-23228440912 was closed by this character named Mohammed Moinuddin on 09/28/13 without attending the problem or even calling me.
Another ref no. 1-23253058416 was closed by the same character on 09/29/13 again without at all calling me
Another ref no 1-23269650968 has been opened again by the useless customer care on 30/09/13. Customer care people are not at all ready to reopen the earlier case and always file a new complaint even without listening to the issue.
I have no other solution but to discontinue this service. However, before that I need a refund.
SO YOU CHEATS FROM TATA SKY, PLEASE PROVIDE ME A REFUND FOR THE LAST 6 months for all the channels I am not able to see and also for the remaining days in the package plus any extra amounts I have in the account.
