Had pathetic experience of tatasky, horrible service, when lodge complain they donot attend and cancel request by themselves, horrible customer service, on requesting for cancelation due to no services they further harass.No communication regards refund if money.Never had any issues with airtel anytime. There technicians will call once but never visit when you are available. Even if they come, they will not rectify the complaint. Very ill mannered, arrogant staff.
Since Feb 17last 5 months hardly tata sky functioned for 10 days and that too not all channels. Staff is very impolite and rude. Without any calls, after 5 days of cancelation request, today get a message account deactivated. On calling they were rude and no idea of refund of my total money. When I called the helpdesk, I was told that my entire money will not be refunded eventhough that they didnot try to resolve the service issues that o ly part of the money will be refunded after 27 days. Such a sad state of affair. Airtel servives are the best.
