I really m a die hard fan of the Safari... I ve literally given way to Safaris while I used to drive my car.
I had owned a safari 98 model but I sold it as I was facing a lot of baushpump problems.
and now came the CRDI safari & I was overwhelmed.
I bought the SUV & I m a happy & a pride owner of the Safari Dicor....
it touches 180 kmph & u will not come to know when the mean machine touches 100kmph & it still goes on.
Thanks. well comparatively Safari Dicor has a powerful engine compared to Scorpio. I recently have started getting an average of 12-14 kmpl(earlier 10-11kmpl) on my Safari Dicor. Handling is very smooth and comfort has no match compared to Scorpio. frankly speaking a wise guy wont compare Safari with a > Scorpio. The only concern would be the turning radius. Acc to its size, turning in small space is lil tedeous, well it is the same with all big vehicles(Cars n SUVs). Tip for the owning this hot stuff!! buy the car from a good dealer perhaps WASAN motors(m not trying to publicise any thing) as I ve a good experience with Wasan Motors, specifically I ve bought my Safari from Fortune motors & perhaps TATAs need to think b4 providing dealership to any dealers for premium cars like Safaris. Also the spares are not very expensive.
Catch for the day!!! IF YOU DID NOT KNOW, THERE ARE NO PARTICULAR(SPECIAL) FOG LAMPS FOR SAFARI
DICOR.... ASTONISHED... YOU CAN USE THE FOG LAMPS FROM TATA INDICA WHICH FITS INTO OUR SAFARI DICOR.
WELL OTHER ACCESSORIES SHOPS WOULD TRY TO MAKE A FOOL OUT OF YOU.
BUT DONT WORRY. N TAKE MY ADVICE... GO FOR THE SAME ONES OF INDICA........ ITS THE SAME.
