I visited this site (and lot others) while doing research to buy SUV during last year. Ultimately I booked Tata Safari in comparison to scorpio. I would recommend Safari to all after driving this vehicle for about 3 months now. Most of the reviews are misleading on various sites, and one should make his own choice by starting his research right from the scratch.
I have always dreamt of buying scorpio, while ultimately bought safari..Money was not main criteria to decide, and hence analysed all the variants of scorpio and Safari...Technical details can be found on the company websites and hence I am not mentioning these..At that point in time scorpio limited edition was also in market, which has few additional features to VLX model, leather seats and the chrome alloys the most prominent one. I was about to finalise this but thought to give safari a try, as I have read too bad reviews of safri, but when I actually took test drive of safari and compared the specifications with scorpio, I found safari far better.
I would not elaborate more as i believe the people looking for the reviews before buying a vehicle will have basic common sense and can apply their mind to choose a vehicle. But my take is that Tata Safari is better than scorpio, and I feel proud to be the owner of Tata Safari Vx.
