Third Class Service

I have been using tata sky for more than a years. Faced many issues & mostly in last 15 days. There is frequent disconnection. If it rains for 30 mins, signal doesn’t work for 3 to 4 days. When you call the customer care, they ask for technician visit which will cost 200 rs & will be visit to resolve the issue by 3 to 4 adys. How many times should I pay & how much time have to wait for solutions. very bad & third class service
