Agreed with all subscribers who have written about the poor(to say the least) service of Tata Sky. Their customer care number makes you hold for hours.
They dont call back on registered complains. If they are so damn busy that they have no time to attend to the customers who pay them, they have no requirement to be in business. Overall I think this is a lost case. Used to be good at one time, but now the worst. I have been a subscriber for 6-7 years, but am shifting.
