Last night came across a problem with my Airtel DTH. Filed a request with airtel’s customer care team and absolutely amazed to see their response. After a couple of minutes of discussion with CC executive, it was decided that someone will visit my place to analyze the issue.
Its absolutely amazing to know that within 14 hrs, a technician along with an engineer has visited my place and solved the problem then and there.
