I am just frustrated with tata sky service. One fine morning, my set top box stopped working. I called the customer service and they sent me a guy who didn’t know anything. He changed my HD set top box with a new one but no service(i dont know how).
He promised to change another set top box that day only, but it was all fake. When I asked the customer care, they simply replied set top box out of stock.(imagine, a company like tata replying its customers that stock me nahi hain, thoda time lagega kind of things) and for the next 5 days no communication from tata sky.
