Poor Cust Service & website info on Airtel Digital

I use a Airtel Digital TV. I have registered in their website for checking my balances and change my package. I tried logging in after a month and the website said your id is invalid. I tried all means but couldn’t  log in. when I called customer care I was put on hold for more than 10 mins and no answer from them. Post sale service is pathetic. My registered mobile no with them is +919898.


I have used Tata Sky before and it didn’t had these kind of issues.
