Ive been using Airtel for the past 3 years now.
Recently the service engineer had come home to change the antenna direction. Exactly after a month, Im receiving "No Signal" message on the screen.
When I raised a complaint against this to the Airtel customer service, they said I have to pay Rs. 100 to get it rectified. Even without checking they talk about service charges. Moreover I just recently recharged & my balance will reduce everyday, even though I receive no signal.
Airtel is the best company in cheating customers in India.
Please stay away from Airtel DTH, for a peaceful life.
