Airter TV is ripping its customers

I booked a Movie on Chanel 157 at 1453 h on 20 Aug 12.  I received a confirmatory SMS for the same at 1512. However, the movie did not get enabled.  At 1505 h I called the customer care center, only to be told that the server was not working and that he could not help me.  On requesting that my complaint be registered, the operative was extremely rude and refused to lodge the complaint.


Finally, at 2148 h, seven hours after the request, I received an SMS that the movie had been booked.  You may note that this was past the time of the last show for the movie on 20th Aug.


I called the customer care center regarding this, and requested that since the movie could not be watched, the request may be cancelled and my amount refunded. The operative connected me to the supervisor, who told me that he cannot put in a request for cancellation of charges.Instead, he would register a complaint. He put me on hold and subsequently disconnected the telephone.
