Please folks never buy Airtel Digital. They are bunch of thugs. They keep increasing the rate of the plan and never deliver anything. I am yet to come across a worse customer service in my life. They will never address your problem, the call center guys are clueless and will keep promising the world to you but ultimately no one comes to solve the problem.
We were having major issues with the channels not coming properly, for full one year we tried contacting them, requesting them to come over and look at the problem, but till today we have only got a bunch of promises.
Please don’t ever buy Airtel digital.
