This is not a review about Tata Sky and Airtel. I am an user of In cable television . I never subscribed to either of these services. Am sure were either of them to be bad this website would be inundated with reviews. The axe that I want to grind is price.
These two organizations and their customers are all on a learning curve . Only the customers are paying for this learning curve and these two organizations are earning while on the learning curve. I pay Rs 300/= per month for unlimited channels, no downtime, troubleshooting is being resolved within thirty minutes, the staff is sweet and polite. all this is thanks to the competition these two companies are providing and the fact that In cable after 20 years has already learnt all its lessons. Picture quality is sharp, crisp and flicker free. Yummy.
The long and short is, for me everything always boils down to outflow of cash in comparison to inflow of service.
