Airtel Sales team need training in giving right information to customer. They should not make promises which they cannot fulfil. I was asked to make full payment with promise that connection will be installed in 4 hours. However, nobody called to inform the status. In fact the person promising the installation in 4 hours switched off the phone without providing the correct details. Her number is 9030116047. One more number which should be avoided while getting connection(9740990535). Sales people should respect customer time.
Very bad experience with Airtel for the first time and all because of bad sales team.
Now I am thinking of getting refund and not getting connection from such irresponsible people.
