HD upgradation of Tata Sky

We were enjoying with the Tata sky std  set up box but Tata sky call me again and again for up gradation of set up box. Finally I agreed and next day they came and replaced the Std box to HD box and told HD service will activate within 4 hrs. After 4 hrs form that moments I tried many times to contact with technician who came at my home to activate the service but that not happened.


No one was listening my request. even I tried to contact via phone, mail and chat to local dealer and customer care. every one saying your service will activate within next 4 hrs.and its about more than 1 week but situation is same. when I called to customer care they simply said I escalate your issue to higher level but no improvement.


that situation was very horrible and frustrated. at least daily we called to customer care about 2-3 times but always they said your service will activate in next 4 hrs.that was a worst experience with Tata sky team.almost more than Rs 100 I wasted to call to customer care as it is not toll free number. After 10 days, by continuously talking to customer care they activated the HD service.
