Extremely poor customer support service for any of the post installation issue. Different departments(Customer support, Escalation Team & Back end field service team) keep on blaming each other with out any coordination, rather than concentrating on prompt resolution of issue.
Any Issue takes minimum of 7-10 days to get resolved.
Customer service representative enjoys the privilege of blocking the Customer ID, so that customer will not be any to call them again for status update.
Airtel lost its charm as quality service provider.
