Airtel Digital TV has no customer service.

Please read this very slowly. I’ll break it up into points so that you find it easy to understand :


I had 3 airtel digital TV connections, for my 2 (two) cousins and me. I have got rid of my connection and gone for Tata Sky. The connections for my 2 (two) cousins still remain.


Are you with me so far? If yes, good.


A month back, I changed the mobile number in my profile at airtel.in/digitaltv to that of my cousin


(i)  However, i am still bombarded with text messages every day. Then what is the use of editing my profile in your site? Don’t you check?


(ii) I am STILL harassed everyday with phone calls, sometimes when I am driving, or at a meeting. I answer with a hello, and feel stupid when a recorded female voice reels off some advertisement. This is plain harassment. It is the most degrading and arrogant type of self-advertisement. At least employ some people to make the calls. And you change the number every time so that it cannot be blocked. Very clever, you think?


I have, so far, convinced three people to change their Airtel connections. You can also check out several sites where I have detailed your lack of basic business ethics. For example, check out mouthshut.com.
