Tata sky and Airtel digital tv. both have great value in bazar. but I can say some plans of tata sky are better like tata sky gives freedom to select youre channel without pack and you can only buy them. but in airtel they have diffrent plan accoring to there services. tata sky are montly charges may vairy up to 300 but airtel digital gives you sevral offer to recharge with them. airtel and tata have both great coustmer services.
