From Good to tortorous

I am a Tata Sky subscriber for a good 4 years now and it was a smooth sail until the last 2 months. the set top box hangs, images freeze, audio goes on mute. I have reported this concern a dozen times and service is provided like a favor. I am supposed to rant the same old concern to every voice agent I speak with. dont they freaking have a case history under a subscriber ID?


They give you trivial trouble shooting steps and dont even follow up. then when you complain again they dont even turn up at what time v ask them to, they reschedule as per their convenience. when did customer service become everything to do with the bloody company and not the customer? Rather than making freaking worthless calls to the customer and asking useless questions, send a freaking technician who cares about resolving a concern.


I dont wanna waste my work time talking to a region head, he is not gonna fix a bloody set top box, I need a fix, a permanent solution, a technician to solve the problem. You should learn from the ACT broadband service on what after sales service is. WORST SERVICE EVER.
