My customer id is 3001227990. I have been suffering from pathetic service by Airtel. For past one month the connection is not working and despite multiple complaints, there has been no redressal.
We used to receive messages with complaint nos. and then it used to be automatically get resolved without any engineer visit or call.
The engineer named Gautam visited twice and charged Rs. 100 but the resolution was only for few minutes. On calling the engineer back , he replied that another engineer would visit. After multiple escalations another engineer named Snehashish visited, but couldnt resolve the problem either.
In the meanwhile the money was being deducted everyday. Twice, we spoke to somebody called Seniors (Mridul with interaction id 314529263) to no avail. The call centre guys would refuse to register complaints too.
Some of the reference nos of our complaints are 22613051, 22321777 etc.
Later in frustration we asked for disconnection. Then one person calls and tells us that he would get the complaint resolved in 24 hours. We said that we have had multiple experiences wherein we have been told that the complaint would be resolved within 4-6 hours without anyone calling or visiting. He said that this time it would happen, we just have to pay Rs. 100 again. We refused to pay anything to which he threatened saying that for disconnection we need to return the set-up box, dish etc. and we wouldnt be paid anything.
It was most frustrating.
Really dont know how to get good customer service in Kolkata region of Airtel.
