I had booked Airtel connection on Saturday with some distributor ( I don’t remember the name but person was bharat bhai from virar). He said I will get the connection installed by Sunday morning 12.00 AM. Hence I took leave from my office(Sunday working) and was waiting for the airtel thugs to come.
Later around 2.00 I got the call frm distributor & he said that the airtel guy is in my locality & will be at my residence in nex 15 mins. To my surprise, his 15 mins turned out only after 8.00 Pm in the evening. The airtel guy who called me was so rude. He said that if you will book it on Saturday it will get installed only at this time on Sunday & said if you want to take the connection you can or else leave it.
Great response to the customer. I ended up wasting my day & not getting the connection.
