You may be ditched just the way i was! Pl read it.

A very bitter experience with airtel digital tv!


this was a long term punishment I faced for blindly opting a the most trusted and marked brand "AIRTEL"! The worst experience for any commodity service i’ve had in my life so far. To qoute a few,




  1. The cheap trick they play on customers, where we are gods for them till v purchase their product,  just couple months later, they turn out to be devils.




  2. Despite repeated complaints on-line/ phone/through agent for any issue, forget about solving it, executives poses a deaf ear.




  3. " No Signal" is displayed very often. though you pay hefty every month regularly.




  4. It cannot work when it rains or winds.




  5. worst part is still while U speak complaining about the issues to customer care, executives hangs the call abruptly! being impolite is the trademark!(faced it hundred times)




  6. the recording option is just for the name sake, neither u can transfer the data nor can be saved!




  7. wat v get is very negligible to wat v pay!




  8. highly unreliable and worst service!






the amount they spend for adds, if it was spent on a good service, the name would ve excelled!
