I received a call from a associate representing tata sky who stated that he would be reaching my house within 30 minutes at 10 am on 04/04/2015. The associate never turned up and even after repeated attempts to reach the same associate over the phone there has been no response from him till now. I did not expect such pathetic service from a well known company like tatasky.
The associate not only failed to keep up his time but also has not received my call for the last 8 hours. This is utter disrespect to a customer’s value of time and a company like tatasky fails at addressing a customer’s concern, where I could not even reach the call centre because of its huge wait time. Shame on u and your partners Tata and Sky
