Don't go for Airtel, it's worst , wastage of money

I have recharged for 6 months, and it was scheme that 15 days will get as extra. I have not got 15 days extra even they deducted 15 days from 6 months also. I have called up customer care they said that back-end team will call in 15 minutes. Same thing happened 4 times on 13 july, but no one called up me. And on 14th they disconnected service. After paying 6 months advance. I did not get service for 6 months itself. How they are cheating people.


Procedure as per them :Once you recharge for 6 months you have to call to customer care and get it activated.  :  I have called up customer care immediately after recharge and got confirmed that package has been activated and will get 15 days extra apart from 6 months.


Now they are saying that it could not be recharged and you will not get 15 days extra , and they converted a monthly plan...... Worst service.


I am going to file complain in consumer court. It is up to you if you take Airtel DTH. Tata Sky would be a better option is what I feel.
