We have taken TATA Sky connectin on 17th July and it’s been bitter experience since then. The technician got the Box on 15th June and dint not connect, He has attended our request post escalating it to ASM Suryarao in Hyderabad.
Who had to take the technician on conference call and hand hold him till he reached our home.., finally got it activated on 17th July at 8:30PM in night..
Now the most weird part is that the connection got disconnected on 14th July itself in matter of only 26 days..Had to again call the call centre (very pathetic) support..
I was carried away with Brand and the service is not ON par with our Expectations..
