After years of having Tatasky I decided to go for Airtel in my new house. The biggest mistake of my life. They were very fast in taking my credit card details and promising to fix in 72 hours. Nobody bothers to call me after 72 hours. You call the call centre they hang up on you. Really frustrating. This is my first ever review on the web but Airtel really sucks.
I think they don’t care about customers any more. I asked they for a fixed line. Same sorry story there as well. They promise to get back to you. 10 days and no response.
Thankfully, I haven’t paid any money yet.
