I really don’t know hot to sum up in words the extent of pettiness of their service. Even though it has been more than 24 hours since my account got activated, I still don’t have the set top box installed at my home. On top of it, their installation people were trying to fleece me with undue installation fee. I feel like filing a police report against these people.
You are hustling people in the name of extraordinary service and I just hope someone brings you to justice. Please tell your people to come here and take your equipment away. I am not even paying peanuts to you guys now. Seriously guys, dealing with these people is like dealing with organized mafia. So please don’t spend your hard earned money on this piece of junk (service).
