Worst after sales service

We purchased Airtel Digital Tv Last year in the month of november. Since then Airtel has increased the base prices twice and  al-carte channel package prices 3 times. We are now repenting, as it is a bad investment. Not only this the customer services are worst.


When you call for general information they give you vague answer, when asked for any technical help they disconnect the call. However we are planning to purchase a new operators digital tv.
